Welcome back again with another yum in my plate.Potato fry/aloo bhaja or in which way you call it, It super delicious..We all love potato in our veggies because it is known to be the king of vegetables.. You know aloo masala or potato fry is a delicious recipe we all are acquainted with..But today I came with this recipe to share with you all because it is made in a different way like rosting it in began and spices..So I thought of sharing this delicious recipe with my audience.

This recipe is my all-time favorite..If you are bored with the regular way of making potato fry/aloo bhaja,then do try this simple and delicious recipe for a twist in your food and also a change in your mood.

This is a very minimal ingredients recipe, so you don’t really need to go out for groceries because the ingredients used in it are easily available in the kitchen.So let’s list the ingredients first.





8 to 9 medium sized boiled potato chopped in half pieces

2 full table spoon besan/gram flour

1 tea spoon chilly powder

1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

1 tea spoon kashmiri red chilli powder

Salt to taste/I have added 1 tea spoon salt

1 table spoon mustard seeds

1 table spoon kasturi methi

4 table spoon oil


Put a pan on the gas. Let it be dry completely. Add oil..let the oil be hot..Now add the mustard seeds into it..as soon as it starts to pops..lower the flame and add besan, chilly powder, kashmiri red Mirch and salt..mix well using a spatula in low flame only..stir well for 2 to three minutes until the besan/gram flour turns light golden..then add the boiled potato into it..flip gently using a spatula..sprinkle some kasturimethi..now let it be roast in medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes by flipping time to time..then switch off the gas and taste a piece of potato..I m sure this will taste good to you because when the roasted spices and besan mixes with potato..the taste is just soo delicious.
