1 cup jaggery

How to make meetha cheela/Sweet pancakes
Start by preparing a batter using wheat flour and jaggery.You can use either crushed jaggery or can grate the regular ones.Take a container, add wheat flour,jaggery and cardamom powder.Slowly add water to make a semi thick batter.Mix clock wise to clear up all the lumps.
Preheat a flat pan or tawa.heat on medium flame for 5 minutes.In between this time, make sure to keep your grated coconuts ready.Using coconuts gives it a very exotic and fruity taste.As soon as the pan is heated up.Grease it using oil.Pour some amout of batter on it and gently spread in a circular motion.Pour 1 teaspoon oil around the edges.Sprinkle some coconuts on the top.
Cook in medium flame only.As soon as the pancakes are well cooked, the sticky texture will disappear. Now flip the pancake and again pour a bit oil around.
As you can see the pancake has been cooked nicely.Now let it be cooked from the other side for few seconds and remove it to a plate.Sprinkle some more coconuts on top and this authentic Indian sweet pancake is ready.
