Ingredients

2 cups Chopped shredded cabbage

2 cups cooked rice

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon butter

1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Chilli flakes

Directions

Before making cabbage rice, make sure the rice well cooked and ready.If you have got leftover rice in your refrigerator, you can use it orelse cook a bowl of fresh rice as you do.Now put a pan on the gas and add butter.Let it melt.Add cumin seeds for an extra crunchy and flavorful taste.As soon as the seeds turn golden,put the shredded cabbage and chii flakes.Mix nicely.

Cabbage and other spices hs been added to the butter

Now gently cook the cabbage just for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.Then add the cooked rice and salt.Mix using a spatula.You can add some lemon juice, if you like your food tangy.
