Ingredients
Long chopped asparagus beans as per requirement
2 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon lemon juice(optional)
1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt

Using mustard oil in this dish gives it a very natural warm color and flavor.

Directions
Start by washing off the long chopped beans nicely.
Put a pan on the gas on high flame and make sure it is completely dry.Now add mustard oil and cook on high flame to avoid any raw flavor.As the oil is heated up well, put the mustard seeds and let it pop.Now add the long beans by removing the water.Add salt.Mix well on high flame.
Cook on high flame only.Keep flipping using a spatula until the edges turn golden.After that add chilli powder and mix well.Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame and then lower the flame to make it soft.As soon as it becomes soft to touch,pour the lemon juice all over.Mix well.Adding lemon juice gives it a more tangy taste.Roll it up with toti and enjoy.
